Santa Maria beach is one of the best Paros beaches and one of the most beautiful in Greece. It is located at the southwest part of the island near a nice cape, lying at a picturesque bay. Santa Maria is considered the beach of Naoussa, as it is only 4kms away, 15 from Paroikia. The main beach is very long with gold sand thin as powder. The water is crystal clear and the reflections of the sun into the sea give you the impression there are diamonds in the water. It is very well organized and can cater for every taste. There are umbrellas and sunbeds to rent, watersport centres, including windsurfing, seayak, seabike and scuba diving schools where you can either take courses or rent diving equipment. Along Santa Maria there are numerous beach bars serving coffee, drinks and light meals. Do not be surprised if there is a party held there starting midday lasting till early morning.
South of the long beach there are sand hills which are full of surprises and unique beauty. The sea has formed small bays which create even smaller beaches giving you an impression of exclusivity and relaxation. Wherever you decide to spend the day, you will have an excellent view of the nearby island, Naxos.
There is a free parking area near the Santa Maria beach. There are also frequent bus services to Naoussa and Paroikia. You can also visit the beach by traditional boat (Kaiki) departing from Naoussa.
Kolymbithres is not just one fascinating beach of Paros but of Greece as well. It lies in Naoussa bay, 10 kms from Paroikia just 4kms from Naoussa. What makes Kolymbithres unique is the sleek rocks which give you the impression of a moon scenery. Over the last million years, the wind and the salt water have sculptured those rocks into extraordinary and impressive shapes. Some small gulfs have been formed within the rocks with small sandy beaches. The water at Kolymbithres is clear, shallow and warm. Due to the location of the beach, the sea is usually calm and rarely wavy. The rocks provide you with shade during some hours of the day, although you can hire umbrellas and sunbeds. There are taverns nearby where you can enjoy your lunch. A few kilometers north of the beach there is an Aqua park with waterslides as well as many hotels and rooms to let.
The most enjoyable way to reach Kolymbithres, even traditional one could argue, is by boat (Kaiki) departing from Naoussa at frequent intervals.
Monastiri beach is one of the most known Paros beaches. It is located in a stunning location of the island, at the north part of Paros, at the cape opposite Naousa, overlooking Naoussa bay. At the north part of the beach there are rocks which make it a perfect spot for those fans of snorkeling or just a mask. Make sure you get one in case you are interested.
Since Monastiri beach lies on a bay, it is very well protected from north winds and has rarely any waves. It is a location where you will see several boats anchoring within the bay.
Access to the beach is either by road where there is an ample parking lot at the end of it, or by traditional boats (kaiki) offering frequent services from Naoussa port.
Chrisi Akti is one of the best Paros beaches. It is located at the southeast part of the island, 20kms from Paroikia and 16 from Naoussa. This well known beach took its name from the colour of the sand which is gold and very thin like powder. Chrisi Akti is known to the windsurfers lovers worldwide. The wind conditions during the summer months attract professional and amateur windsurfers from all over the world. The World Windsurfing Cup is held at that beach every year.

It is likely that there are private boats anchored in the middle of the bay. At the south part of the beach, you can find St. Nicholas chapel, overlooking a small mooring area for fishing boats which provide the taverns at the nearby villages with fresh seafood.
North and South of the beach, there are two hills named Kefalos and Antikefalos. On top of the south hill lies the St. Antonios monastery. You can reach the top of the hill by car with caution since the road has sharp incline, or walk to the top if you feel like it. Τhe Monastery is open to visitors offering a stunning all around view of the surrounding area and the west part of Naxos. It is a view you should not miss! South of Molos at close distance is Kalogeros beach which is muddy, known for skin treatment. This beach is considered a natural spa.
At Molos you will find a limited number of rooms to let, offering absolute relaxing holidays, with the sea literally on your feet, overlooking Naxos. At the south part of Molos there is a fish tavern offering a family atmosphere.

The water is clean despite the fact that it is always busy and full of people. The water is usually calm without waves, as the beach is protected from the strong north winds. The beach is exposed to south winds though, which are rare during the summer months.
The beach is very well organized. It has umbrellas and sunbeds, beach volley court, beach bar with loud music, making the stay and the swim more fun. If you prefer to have something more nutritious than snacks, there are taverns nearby. If you want a more relaxing atmosphere, towards the west part of the beach there are some small hidden sandy beaches which are a few meters long.
There are two ways to reach Marcello, either by using the road circling Paroikia bay or by a traditional kaiki from Paroikia port. There are frequent services and that way is definitely more fun.
Krios beach is located in Paroikia bay, opposite Paros main town. Krios is the next beach to Marcello.
